Please note that items with "Discontinued model new in factory packaging sold as is without return" are NOT eligible for return.
If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for credit (less the freight charge) as long as it is in its original, sale-able condition and includes the original packaging. For any return, you must contact us by email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Please note that denying acceptance of the package or not paying customs fees/taxes does not constitute a return and may be subject to additional fees.
If you need to return an item, please pack the model in its original packaging, and then pack in a outer corrugated box, include the RMA number on a copy of the invoice and place the invoice inside the box. Items returned in other than the original packing will not receive full credit. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer.
